Your deposit is non-refundable and may be applied towards a future date, subject to availability. Cancellations less than one week from your install/pick-up date are NOT eligible to be applied towards a rescheduled date.

The balloons can last anywhere from several days to several weeks depending on conditions (environmental, children, pets, etc.)

The balloons can be installed outside but should be placed out of direct sunlight. Dark colors cannot be installed outside during the summer months.

The earlier, the better! Weekends fill up quickly and I cannot guarantee availability unless you’ve paid a deposit, at which point you are placed onto my calendar. Events booked less than 2 weeks in advance will incur a $75 rush order fee.

Delivery is offered to the Atlanta area County area and up to 30 minutes miles ($2.00 extra outside of 30 miles both ways).

Out of state services are available. Gas, hotel, and travel accommodations will be added to invoice.

Delivery and installation is provided for an additional fee depending on the location and type of balloon install.
